Wake up in Airlie Beach on
Saturday 4th November

Flights fly directly from Sydney to Proserpine on Wednesday 1st November and Friday 3rd November at 11:20am (2hr and 25min flight). Other flights stopover in Brisbane on route or alternate airports include Mackay (2 hrs drive) or Townsville (3.5 hrs drive). Either way flying in on our wedding day means you are likely to miss our ceremony so we suggest waking up in Airlie!

1:10 PM - Meet at Pick up zone A or Pick up zone B

On our Wedding Day all guests are asked to catch the designated guest buses to the ceremony and reception. If you feel you need to drive please speak to the bride prior to the wedding day as only approved vehicles will be allowed at the reception venue.

1:45 PM - Ceremony - Arrive at St Catherine's, Proserpine and take your seats

We ask guests to be seated by 1:45 PM with mass to start at 2:00 PM. Witness as we exchange our vows and become husband and wife. Say a quick congratulations and pose with us out the front of the church as the newlywed Mr & Mrs Daniel.

Wedding Party

7:00 PM - After the formalities the party really starts with dinner buffet and the dance floor opening shortly after.

Eat until your hearts content, but keep room for our selection of deserts!

Please note the bar will have a tab but once this runs out it will convert to a cash card bar.

3:45 PM - Guests will be transported to the reception venue.

Hop back on the bus bound to the reception venue. The trip from St Catherine's to The Creek is a 20 minute drive, so be sure to have had a toilet break before boarding.

11:20 PM - Grab your last drink and get ready to head back to your accommodation for the night with bus pick-ups

As last drinks are called and our final banger of a song is played, buses will be arriving to take you back to the pick-up points. The drop off points will be the same as the locations that you were picked up from. Please get on the right bus! Zone A or Zone B - that is your responsibility as taxis in Airlie are minimal and the bride and groom may not be contactable.
